The Brigade is awarding a total of $10,000 per year to Weatherby
Lake citizens who will create, coordinate, and manage projects or programs that:

- foster community engagement
- encourage civil discourse
- promote selflessness
- strengthen leadership skills
- and/or bring residents together

Whether you’re an individual or group, adult or child, Eastside or Westside, sailboat or pontoon, sidewalk supporter, chicken advocate, or anything in between, you are eligible to apply. We hope you do!

Our grants

Applications are due 09/20/2024. Initial funds will be awarded by mid October. We may award multiple winners. Should you win a grant, your share of $10,000 will be determined by the budget outlined in your application and the remaining funds available. (Don’t forget to pay yourself for time spent implementing!) The winning projects should start as soon as possible in 2025.
