The Lantz Welch Citizens Brigade would like to introduce Myer Cohara – who has volunteered to be our initial Community Ambassador Intern!

The internship is an idea that came from various board discussions, that would provide a Weatherby Lake youth the opportunity to help lead within their very own community. 

The main component to the internship is ‘volunteerism’! 

Our intern would link with Weatherby Lake Clubs that have needs for volunteers, and then gather appropriate age youth to help assist at those events – giving back, as well as having a great time together!

While we have initial ideas and a base structure, the board is also looking to Myer to assist in navigating through the initial framework….building a process from applications, all the way to the end of an intern season.

We have a way to go, but building together is underway!
